Byron A. Christou, as a self-employed entity was established in 2006 by Byron A. Christou, which was then registered as a private practice under the name of Byron A. Christou L.L.C. in March 2019.
Our Practice is now operating under its present brand name of BAC, offering professional Quantity Surveying services mainly in the Cyprus Construction Industry.
We act as private consultants offering professional Quantity Surveying Services for a wide spectrum of client organizations and private individuals.
At present, the Practice is handling construction projects in Cyprus in excess of € 100.000.000 in value.
Our reputation is of great value to us and thus customer service is of paramount importance. Whilst constantly striving for improvement, our aim is to provide our customers with the level of service that, we ourselves, would like and expect to receive.

We place a lot of emphasis on the careful examination of the Client’s needs in setting out the budget prior to the finalisation of the design, whilst acting as a catalyst in minimizing the risks of unforeseen costs. We believe that once the foundations of the economic aspects of a project are set properly at the early stages of the design, the risk of unforeseen costs during the construction of a project is minimised. Therefore, we believe that our role is fundamental at the early stages of a project’s life.
