Byron Christou graduated as a Quantity Surveyor with a first class honours degree from the University of Glamorgan in 2000, following his previous education at the Higher Technical Institute (HTI) between 1992 and 1995, where he graduated with the Higher National Diploma (with merit) in the field of Civil Engineering.

Following his Quantity Surveying degree, Byron earned a postgraduate scholarship and continued his studies at post graduate level. In 2001 Byron graduated (with distinction) with the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA).

In 2006 Byron became a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also an examiner for the RICS Chartered membership (APC Assessor).

Byron is a member of the Cyprus Technical Chamber (ETEK), as well as an expert witness in his field for ETEK.

He is also a member of Cyprus Association of Quantity Surveyors (SEEOKK).

Leoni A. Efstathiou graduated as a Quantity Surveyor in 2015 from Frederick University in Nicosia with a BSc (Hons) degree and continued her studies at postgraduate level with obtaining an MSc (Hons) in Sustainable Energy Systems in 2017.

She is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

She is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Association of Quantity Surveyors (SEEOKK).

Eftychia Petasi graduated as a Quantity Surveyor in 2016 from Frederick University in Nicosia with a BSc (Hons) degree. Her studies continued in Swansea University in Wales at postgraduate level, where she obtained her master’s degree, MSc Management (International Standards) in 2018.

She is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

She is a member of Cyprus Association of Quantity Surveyors (SEEOKK).

Maria Constantinou graduated in 2013 with a BSC (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Cyprus in Nicosia. Her studies continued at postgraduate level, at the European University where she obtained her master’s degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018.
