Construction of a high-quality sport theme park, with building facilities and other supporting structures for the purposes of facilitating air sport activities, indoor and outdoor sport activities, hotel facilities, kindergarten building, personnel offices, servicing buildings such as café / restaurant, kiosks, shops, and other buildings, for promoting health, education, culture, sports, and entertainment to visitors. The buildings’ covered area measures to an approximately total gross floor area of 32.000 M2, excluding the area of the external facilities and supporting structures, that will be developed at a total plot area of 357.000 M2 between Agios Ioannis and Meniko villages in Nicosia district.
